The NASUWT Cymru Executive Council holds an annual conference during the summer term. The Conference is open to all members as elected delegates from across Wales.

The Conference is the main decision-making body of NASUWT Cymru. It debates and determines resolutions that are put forward to the National Executive who then adopt the resolutions as part of NASUWT policy.

The Conference is chaired by the President of NASUWT Cymru and is held at venues from across Wales.

Motions to Conference are submitted by serving teachers and this ensures that the issues debated are central to the working lives of teachers, school leaders and the future of education.

The Conference can also provide a range of training sessions and the opportunity to hear from key figures in the education world, as well as the opportunity to network and meet teachers from across the country.

All delegates receive funding for travel, accommodation and meals.

NASUWT Cymru Conference 2024 will be held on the weekend of 22-23 June.
