This is a practical course for members in England to become Mental Health First Aiders in the workplace and offers guidance to enable members to:
-
spot early signs;
-
help someone who is experiencing a problem;
-
provide help on a first aid basis;
-
help stop a mental illness from getting worse;
-
help someone to recover faster;
-
guide someone to the right support; and
- reduce the stigma of mental health problems.
‘It’s an invaluable course. I use what I’ve learnt in all aspects of life. I love it. Great!’
