The NASUWT believes that education is the most powerful weapon to change the world. Every child/young person has the right to a just and sustainable future and to be taught by qualified teachers.

The NASUWT is:

• working with partners nationally and internationally to defend public education and stop privatisation;
• campaigning for equality and inclusion in education and against discrimination, exploitation and segregation;
• working with unions and organisations globally to ensure that governments keep their promise of quality education for all.

The NASUWT is proud to work with Education International and its member organisations to protect the right to free, quality public education.
